Nice!

Just one thing.. It is very very difficult to see timeout bars during gameplay... a black background behind the timeout bars would greatly help.

I know. Real NBA TV overlay does not include any timeout bars and I do not want to deviate too much from original, thus mine bars are not clearly visible.
This is easy to fix to your liking (rename iff to zip)
Extract newscoregub.iff.
Edit t_scorebug.082b21e3dc3d7e5f.dds texture (probably add some background to necessary region).

Re. +2 /+3 - ahh no, will not go for this. Links lead to colors and logos, not to +2/+3, too much things to explore for uncertain success.

Re. fonts: looks like fonts have same or similar standard to 2k14, i.e. they are editable.

BTW. Away Score animations are also ready
Want some slight changes for Foul panel. then hope to update scoreboard (today)

Original 2k scoreboard texture was 512x512 pixels.
Mine file is 4096x4096.
Not because of easy livin'. I needed the texture to occupy only a small part of the graphic file for purpose, therefore the file is big.
But look, if you'd check the width ff the texture, I think you will find something around 2000 pixels. Cha... that's damn good quality,l I am sure 98 percent of monitors can not produce all that quality that "small" texture has. (tho' the texture itself is the same as I used for 2k14, do not remember it's original resolution, it might be not super hd)

Default 2K scoreboard also show ups during timeouts. Hrrr, I have no other place to put the scoreboard that it does not interrupt with orange timeout overlay. This is the price to pay for custom scoreboard that is in the middle of the screen.

Substitution overlay - it does not belong to scoreboard file and can not be controlled from there.
I saw the necessary file at "OD" part, will try to move subs to top of the screen (do or die) after update v5 (if will not go straight to other scoreboard)

Have no idea.
I like current TSN, Sportsnet, but they can not be made yet because of certain limitations I did not find how to overcome yet.
Same story with Fox,

Maybe ESPN could be reproduced without a problem.
MSG, ROOT, TSN and more are possible.

Colledge socreboards are not poosible yet - do not know how to convert tricode team name to full city name, what is mandatory for college basketball overlays.
