Quincy miller hair

I want to add a flat top to quincy miller. I'm not sure how to go about this. I've been playing around with 3d editing but don't really know where to start. After reading, it looks like a 'hair swap' isn't possible??? But there are rookie faces (I. E. Markelle fultz) with custom hair. How do I go about adding hair? Is this possible? Thanks.

From what it understand (which is very limited) hair cannot be added to a player or switched around. Most of the models you see are complete transformations from one face to another. For example, I've seen R4zoR use Malcolm Brogdan a lot for his hair style. He take Brogdan's face and completely transforms it into another player.
