Can my laptop run NBA 2K17 smoothly on high-medium graphics

    CPU - Intel Core i5 @ 2.30 GHz Quadcore
    GPU - 4095MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960M
    RAM - 4 GB
    OS - Win 10

I can run Skyrim on Ultra somehow too.

Sound Card: DirectX 9.0x compatible

Edit: Not looking very promising. Skyrim is dated by today's graphical standards. Plus the optimization of 2k17 is wonky so I wouldn't bank on it running smooth that high.
