Can I scan my face on MyNBA2K17 app if I have a cracked copy?

I'm just wondering If I can do so. I own NBA 2K17 and I wanna know if what I bought is worth it. Can people who got the game from torrent sites can scan their own faces to the game? Thanks a lot.

Taken at face value, the OP has bought the game, as per their post. But yeah, it's obviously broaching a subject that's off-limits here.

It wouldn't surprise me if that functionality is unavailable for users who pirated the game, which is of course, their tough luck. Anyway, since we're getting into a discussion that's against the rules, I'll go ahead and lock the topic.
