Modding blacktop court

Hey guys,
I am trying to mod the blacktop court and my question is, is it possible to get like the lighting and sky (basically the time of day) of the rivet rooftop and port it to the blacktop court? Like what files do I need to get from the rooftop court and import to the blacktop court iffs.
