Running fast breaks & Jakob Pöltl cyberface question

1) How do you run fast breaks? If your ball handler is quick it is not difficult but often I get the ball, my player is not fast enough and outrun by guards...how can I tell my teammates to RUN so I can pass them the ball? I get the ball but my teammates just walk, show no sign of fast break whatsoever. I don't see a difference between my PG bringing the ball up court OR one player stealing the ball and being ready for a fast break.

2) I need a cyberface of Jakob Pöltl. The generic face is ugly. Is there one available or can I request a cyberface somewhere?

There's definitely some issues with fast break AI this year, with CPU teammates stopping at the three-point line, or not filling the lane correctly.
