My league: pick players for relocation team bug

The "pick a player" in my league when setting up relocation teams is pretty buggy. I want to use my custom team and freely choose my players from all NBA teams...I have them protect 0 players. I don't want to stack my team with superstars by the way...I create a realistic team with players I like.

First attempt: only 10 out of 13 players were in the list. O'Quinn, Shumpert and Kuzminskas were not.
Second attempt: all of them were there but Porzingis and Kuzminskas were not.

I looked for them a couple of times, sorting players alphabetically.

Finally, I picked the players that were in the list and manually traded players by temporarily disabling trade logic.

Ok, after many, many attempts I found out that a relocation team is only allowed to pick ONE player from a team. Three Knicks players and some others does not work.
