You need to use Blender and greg plugin to export 3D model and edit it........you'll 3D edit the whole body

Haha this forum isn't dead. People just spend more time in the releases & previews. There is no specific model for arm thickness, it's all one model. You have to download greg's importer/exporter plugin for Blender and import the model by clicking on hihead.SCNE.

What about hairs? Should I edit it with Blender or maybe it is possible to use hair model from other png?
