Playoff Draft Order

I just bought 2k17 yesterday to try out the fantasy draft playoff mode with a friend. All 16 teams were "user controlled" and after we were done drafting we immediately noticed that our #1 picks were on another them other than the #1 seed in the playoff bracket. Is there a way to synchronize the draft order with the teams position in the playoff bracket?
