I promise my player that I will increase the training intensity but even after I increase the intensity they still said i broke my promise.
Is there a way to make the coach take care of the training?

It depends on the player stamina. Even if you increase the training intensity, but you're not even giving the player any minutes on the court and you're rarely practice at all (disable practice after or before back-to-backs), even after a week, the player's will still have a full stamina. The game then decide, not exhausted player = you're not practicing him hard enough. Try increase the player's training intensity to high, and then enable practice after and before back-to-backs. But if you do this though, the starters will demand you lower the training intensity. So, experiment a bit on what makes all the player comfortable, and remember to at least give the bench some minutes.

They should add an option to let the coach and trainer handle the training.
