Last Two Days Lock Ups

There was some update yesterday that required me to return to the main menu. Since then, the game has been locking the computer. It's always during a time out, with the mascot on the screen. The game freezes, but the music and crowd noise continues.

The only way out is to restart the computer or log out and log in.

I dont know if its the same thing but Ive had 2 lockups last 2 days. Ran smooth the first few weeks.

Sine it came out, the early release, I've been running it about 12 hours a day playing CPU v CPU games. There were no freezes until yesterday. Now it freezes every few games.

I haven't even bothered to try playing any more games. I ran NBA 2K16 at 4K with a constant 60fps and I can't even get that on 1080p with no anti-aliasing in 2K17. Ridiculously bad optimization on their part.

I had an AMD card last year and 2K16 ran fine but I think a lot of people on the NVIDIA side has issues until later patches. I've got a 4770K paired with a 980 Ti and 32GB of RAM... wish they'd work on optimization considering I dropped $100 on 2K17. I'd like to play the game.

My problem may be the advanced rotation. The game just crashed while I was editing the advanced rotation. Then I remembered I set an advanced rotation yesterday. The crashes started after I set advanced rotation.

It's now removed. Let's see what happens.
