Custom Rotation Force Position

Sometimes in custom rotation screen, minutes I drag for a player default to a certain position I don't want.

For example, if I clear the screen and drag minutes for the C, the minutes show as PG minutes. Usually this is fixed by dragging minutes for the proper player, in the example the PG. But sometimes, there's no way to get the right position when dragging.

Is there a way to select the position for the dragged minutes?
