Lack of MyCareer cutscenes

So I've spent around 15 hours on MyCareer already, and have only had a couple cutscenes, latest one was like 5 games ago which I played (didn't simulate any of them) and I've only played for about 10 games, so I've only had a couple of cutscenes.
Can anyone explain why I don't get any cutscenes? I've seen other Youtubers play it and they get a cutscene almost after every single game, whether it's them speaking to Justice or to someone else. I don't get any of them. Anyone has any idea? :/

Are you doing all the optional practice sessions, teammate hangouts, and so forth? That's where I've seen most of the cutscenes taking place, with a couple of pre-game and post-game ones that repeat (or are usually a close variation of one another). Is there anything else they're doing that you're not?

Yes, I attend to every team practice, hangouts etc. that I could possibly attend. By the time they've played 10 games or so, they've had many cutscenes while I've only had one, in the same period of time pretty much.

Strange. Any cutscenes in particular? They must be doing something to trigger them.

Do you have cutscenes after every college game you've played?
