Adjusting Playbook

Can anyone explain how to adjust the playbook. Specifically, how do playbooks adjust which plays the CPU teams call and for which players? Is there a way to adjust this?

You can adjust plays for every single player in roster edition menu if you ask about this. You should scroll tabs left 2 or 3 times as I remember correctly.

Yes, but it's confusing. I don't see how to make sure the CPU calls more plays for certain guys.
