Anything else you can tell us about the situation, including which platform you're playing on? Doesn't seem to be a common issue given the lack of other people talking about it (at least around these parts), so more info is probably needed to point us (and perhaps eventually the dev team) in the right direction.

I'm playing on PC. On MyCareer, Midnight madness Start with a score of 82-90 something with 6 minutes. Then after that your 1st game commentators are talking about the game but you will hear the crowd counting down the clock. When the mascot is shown it freezes and crashes. Tried re-installing the game and verifying caches but still no luck. Already submitted a ticket on 2KSupport but still no reply. All modes are like this. Thanks for a reply!
