No, it's not a competition. It is a game however, and games have rules and conditions. Like Monopoly, or chess.

Nah, some of my players aren't in the game either (I themed my to be Miami players, but have 2 or 3 exceptions).

I'd say go reasonable. I'm not gonna put pic of me playing when #3 comes up
