As the CPU is playing CPU, if I catch the game near the end I will go to Simcast to avoid the closing commentary.
It was Lakers vs Bulls in Game 5 of the 2019-2020 NBA Finals. Lakers beat the Bulls in the finals three years in a row coming into this series. It was tied 2-2.
Bulls held a lead, Lakers got to within 1 in the final seconds. Bulls hit 1 of 2 FT's. Lakers had to take the ball full court. Trailing by 2, the Lakers launched a 3/4 court shot that clanged off the front of the rim as the time expired. Bulls win!
To avoid the cut to bad commentary I shifted to Simcast to end the game. With the Lakers down 2, the game went into overtime. Bulls won.
How does a game go into OT when one team is ahead at the final buzzer?

Something similar, but worse, just happened.
Bulls up 75-60 over the Blazers, near the end of the 3rd Q. I decided to simcast the remainder of the game. On pressing simulate, the score reversed. The Blazers were up 75-60.

Ive seen that happen before. I also seen whereby i was in my career and i simulated after the 3rd and wouldnt be able to leave the game. The time kept on going, the scores were eventually in the 200's when i decided to end the process.

It happened again. 2018, 1sr round, Game 7 of Lakers vs Spurs.
Lakers were up 111-100 with 1.5 seconds remaining. I went to Simcast to end the game. The game was then in the 3rd quarter, Lakers up 80-70. Lakers still won in the Simcast.
