What's the craziest rule change you've seen so far?

Okay so this defo remains an issue. Started 10 MyGM's and in all but one rules were adopted I did not agree with.

Right now I'm playing with foul out off because of the inside fouls. I'd like to up foul out to 7 or 8, but can't change the setting to greater than 6. One MyLeague I saw a rule change to up the foul out to 7, but I haven't seen it again.

It would be nice if anything that can be changed via rule change can be changed via settings. But that's not the case.
