I got a USD$500 budget (~€450)

There have been some problem with Nvidia graphic card in NBA 2K, so i would suggest you to replace the 950 2GB one with AMD's latest RX 460. They have the same price, with RX 460 offering better quality. I reccomend the 4GB RX 460 though, because NBA 2K would look more great with a graphic card with more that 2GB Video Memory. And i would suggest getting your own power supply (preferably power supply with 'bronze' label') rather than using the powersupply that comes with the case.

Correct, the 2GB video card will only allow you to put 2k on Medium Texture Quality. It still looks good, but it wont look AS good. I echo the opinion about going with the AMD card for the rig you are building.
