You can use NBA 2K16's explorer to open a couple of archives which can be found here:
viewtopic.php?f=221&t=99943

Some of them work, others don't. Keep in mind that it can sometimes fuck up your archives when you open them, so you may need to re-verify after you're done exporting.

As I see jersey texture position is different than it was in 2k16. How to understand where is front/back? And what is the thing on the right side? Maybe someone could draw the margins?
