Custom roster Blacktop?

anyone found a glitch?

If you download Limino's Modifier and run it you just press F1 when you start the game. Load the roster you want to use under options then press F3 on the roster screen. Exit and go to blacktop and it will have that roster loaded

doesn't work when i press f3 nothing happens
the english version one worked!
