Help adding jerseys

I haven't modded anything in NBA2K since they moved to the new style of game files. I have looked for a tutorial explaining the File Explorer, but I haven't really found anything with specifics. Can anyone point me to a post/tutorial? I'm just looking to add some jerseys. I've messed with the File Explorer, but I'm not entirely sure what all needs to happen.
