Installing Mods

Now im obviously thick, but thats par for the course.

Im sure in the old days all I did was download a stadium or jersey and just copied that file into my NBA2K directory and bang, off I go.

Now I seem to ahve all these weird files named 0A, 0C etc yet my downloads are .iff and do not contain any read mes as to how i insert them into the game.

Ive looked at the various tools and tutorials, but nothing tells me where to install these files. I have that Chinese Limnono thing, but the read me on that seems to point to editing players or existing saves... so what do i do

Get the external plugin tool, and put the mods in the modded folder

There are four files in the "modded folder"

- clothing
- dornas
- shared
- shoes

If you want to install jerseys, put it on the clothing folder. Courts, just the root "modded folder". If you install dornas, put it on the dornas folder

Shoes go to the shoes folder (correct me if i'm wrong)

Shared i have no idea, never used that folder

Download NBA 2K17 External File Plugin from here: viewtopic.php?f=225&t=102382
Put all the folder in your NBA 2K17 directories (the folder where there is NBA2K17.exe)
Place your mod in the modded folder (the mod usually is an iff file).

Jerseys don't go in the clothing folder. Only the jersey letters do.
