Photoshop Help

I want to shade the selected portion of hair to make them low cut...which Photoshop Tool I can use?
Any tutorial?

I think I got it...bet way was to get haircut from another player then "Healing Tool" to compensate for the copy/paste from another player....

Copy the whole texture and edit out the face. You just have to blend it in then, find the right hue and saturation. Obviously you might have to remap the texture so it goes in the right place (hairline etc.)
