Commercials in NBA 2K17

Hey Guys TV is bad enough. At least I can turn off the bad host, bad writing, bad interviews, bad everything.

But now there are commercials for this card game. I can't skip it or stop it from playing.

Are you kidding? I pay for a game, then have to wait while commercials interrupt play. Wow.

These game is easy to like and dislike at the same time. I gave up on mycareer for now. Does this affect MyLeague?

Yes, it affects MyLeague. There's a commercial every game. It's the same commercial. So every time I play or let the game play CPU v CPU, I see that commercial.

Ok so i played my 1st ever MyTeam game and guess what... I still got the commercial advertising MyTeam. WTF 2K.

I will not play this mode again for a while. Damn u 2K. We already paid for the game. We already buy vc. If i find the commercial file I will rename it so it doesn't play.

It plays after the 3rd quarter of every game. It's almost as bad as 2KTV - "hey guys!"

Saw this the other day when playing a simple quick game vs the CPU.

Absolutely disgraceful.

2K are on their way to earning that 'worst company' status that EA famously 'achieved' a few years back.

VC bullcrap, virtual currency advertising overlays during gameplay, releasing buggy betas for premium pricing, this is all getting too much and 2K will have no one to blame but themselves when the tables turn on them in a few years.

There's another ad - a pop up. It blocks the whole screen.

Maybe it's region depended 'cuz I haven't seen any commercial in my MyCareer. Except one time (1 week ago I guess) during match loading before pregame show there were Nike Soldier X commercial on the place of 2KTV episode.
