Possible saving points for this build: RAM (down to 8GB), Case (though I can only recommend Define series) and PSU (you could go for somewhat cheaper Seasonic M12-II for example, but you don't want to go too cheap there).
I used german prices btw.

You are recommending a NVIDIA card, which has had nothing but issues with 2K17 (most everything I have heard). AMD GPU's seem to run the game much better with less issues. Would you maybe recommend for 2K17 purposes a R9 290x? or R9 390x? My AMD R9 280x runs the game flawlessy with no issues at all.
Just my opinion, my brothers computer with the GTX 960 (which supposedly is the closest comparison to the R9 280x) has nothing but issues running the game, horrible stuttering, even though I can run The Witcher 3 on High-Ultra and other graphically intensive games.
Even my R9 360 GPU ($100 graphics card) with my A10 5800k processors can run this game on High with AA at 4 and a stable FPS.

Wait? GTX 960 has a lot of problems? So what should I choose?

Are those a good solution and NBA 2K friendly?

Again, if it were me (Because I play NBA 2K 95% of the time every year), I would get an AMD Card like the R9 290x or R9 390x....
Just my preference. It seems like you have your heart set on NVIDIA. This is the topic I was referring to.
