Yes. I am working with it. Just have dont have so many time to finish it immediately. Maybe I will release it on next weekend

It is so simple that dont even worth this time what i waste for wrote it, but anyway:
1 - find player AS/portrait what you want in game archive.
2 - export dds file and save iff file(s) in any folder.
3 - delete backgroung in player's photo what you want.
4 - this player AS should be 1024X1024.
5 - save it as dds with DXT5 with 11 or all mipmaps.
6 - Import dds file to the iff file what you saved before using gregtool (iff Editor)
7 - paste this iff file to modded folder
8 - dont send me PM if you have some problem with this work.
9 - good luck.

LOL. I thought it is clearly understandable thing you must make your AS the same look like that one by 2K. I mean put player in the same place like in original AS, with good proportions, not just (for example) use 640X480 photo and change it to 1024X1024

One Question.. In "my League or My GM" i see only players(who change the Team in the Summer) with ingame Faces Portraits and not your Action Shots...is that normal or i forget a setting in my league or my gm?

It is normal. This year 2K did it. You should forcing players to use their picture. All info here:
