A couple of nice possible gifs with those airballs and facial expressions. That two hander looked really clean.

Week 19, break the rim. Tee Hee.

unfortunately, we missed out on more jiggle time as you had a shirt under that blank/fake rockets jersey.

people with weak knees should work on developing their quads to help strengthen/lighten the load on the knees.

  • Under-the-hoop reverse
  • Two-Hander

  • Off the Floor (http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=pl ... ZZ_8#t=43s)
  • Off a floor "shot"
  • Off One Foot (knee health dependent)
  • Under-the-hoop "270"

Just not a good jumping night all around. Extras are all my attempts from tonight...couldn't bring myself to stop and setup the high speed.

actually its my &*%#in right elbow. This is the second week in a row "jamming" it when colliding with the high school players. Just pushing my arm into me in the absolute wrong way.

Last night hurt like hell, I couldn't "curl" my camera to pick it up with my right arm. Iced last night so it feels a lot better now...but still very very tender.

Rondo didn't complain when he dislocated that elbow popped it back up and kept playing with one arm in that playoff game against the Heat.

Yeah, it's not like there are trainers and doctors at Jon's gym ready with tape and painkillers so he can dunk.

You should offer yourself as his arm so he can heal properly. It wouldn't be that hard to jimmy you to his shoulder.

!!!!

basically sums it up for me. Never did that before off a shot, ever, not even 100 pounds ago. A bit too excited, yet, but still, fuck, yes,

You may have noticed that I had an extra strap over the right sleeve. I had major issues with my right elbow after last week, and the doctor on Monday said I have golfer's elbow. Same thing as tennis elbow but on the other side of the elbow. Thankfully I didn't feel any pain wearing it, but icing now.

Also, we only have 3 more weeks of this open gym, no idea what I am going to do for the series after that....maybe actually focus on weight loss workouts instead of dunking? hmmmm?

Yeah. The emotion was great. Perhaps a bit of Daniel Bryan with the "YES!" and "NO"? :P

Have to agree. The genuine excitement after the dunk was even better than the dunk itself. And that's saying a lot, because it's a very nice dunk.

I also get the faint impression that you were just the tiniest bit excited about that.

As you should be, that was great to see. (Y)

Hey hey! 2 More crossed off, well, one crossed off, and one added then crossed off, but I never included it because I never thought I'd be able to vertical dunk on that.
But yes, dearest Ben/Arcane/Dragon has challenged me. We need to figure out a way to hold some kind of contest.
