Had a great Summer lineup going that finally concluded earlier this month with Breaking Bad, so let's see how the replacement shows are doing.
Boardwalk Empire - Still can't get into this one. I really want to like it, with the actors and the production values, but it just isn't that interesting. Boredwalk Empire indeed.
How To Make It In America - I can't believe this might be the best show on this season. It's a lot like Entourage, but with a lower budget and less celebrities. (It's almost like a prequel to it) I think it's one of the only good shows HBO has going right now.
Enlightened - New HBO show - sucks
Bored To Death - This show was never all that good, but Ted Danson really started to carry it last year. Seems to have regressed back to not being funny this year.
The Walking Dead - AMC's best rated show but a distant third for best show. The show's been in decline since the excellent pilot and there are parts of it I don't like, but it's entertaining and well made. After the fiasco that was last year's season finale, I don't even miss Darabont.
The Office - When will I give up on this show completely?
Dexter - I watched the pilot but still need to get around to the other episodes. Last year's season finale seriously tempted me to not watch this season, but I know I'll end up watching it.
Archer - Only three episodes, but I'd trade all the other shows' seasons for a full one of Archer. Fucking hilarious.
