I would not be surprised if this game is better than live,at least in my opinion since i feel the collee game is as good if not better than the pro game.

Jared from the digitalsports.com forum received the earliy version if you want to learn more....

yeah, i read the impressions--good stuff

the sliders will be a welcomed addition in MM2003, hopefully live 2004 will have sliders--that will fix a lot of the gripes that people have with the gameplay of live 2003.

I see they kept the broken backboard effect in from last year --kinda lame--

i might give ncaa2k3 a purchase as well--

Roger, How is x box live? Is it worth it? I'm thinking about getting the ethernet adapter for the ps2 but I'm not sure.

X-box live is interesting to say the least. It's something very odd to be talking to people as you're playing games with them. I got it yesterday and like it so far.

OK got the game--these are very early impressions(5 games old)--the game is solid. It's everything we love about nba live 2003 and the things we didn't like (some people) the tempo, blocks, steals can all be changed by the sliders. It seems like they have sliders for every aspect of the game. After i finished my first game, i messed around with the sliders--and WOW! The game plays very good--no more back hand steals, and no more off the wall blocks. Dickie V really adds to the game and the crowd sounds really good--and the fans are moving around and is really crazy looking. The controls are very similar to that of the live series. It's a solid game--I can't wait to mess with the dynasty mode. I'll be using the tar heels. One thing I noticed though that when you use the press box camera angle, you can't turn off auto zoom--not a big deal but kinda annoying if you use that camera (i do) More impressions later.

BTW--If EA Canada does anything for live 2004, they better add sliders--Man, it makes a difference! I really won't get to play that much because I'm going out of town--won't be back till Sunday night. OK, everyone have a good weekend.
