Got a new PSU and a bigger case fan. Old PSU was just a generic 600W psu but got the most out of it. Used it for almost 3 and a half years.

Time to retire my old Palit 9500GT DDR3 card. Got myself a Radeon 5770 for a bargain price, which I think is still powerful enough to run most games . I finally have use for the 6+2 pin power connector of my new PSu.

I had had the same HP printer for ages, and it was kind of a pain to make it work wirelessly, especially with all the shitty programs that HP forces you to install. So I bought the Canon MG5420 on sale, and it's actually pretty awesome. No need to install anything at all, it picks up the signal right away, and now I can finally print from my Surface RT, my desktop and my phones.

Nice. Canon's my preferred brand for printers as well; on top of performance and everything else, the ink tends to be cheaper as well (at least here in Australia).
