Other video games, TV shows, movies, general chit-chat...this is an all-purpose off-topic board where you can talk about anything that doesn't have its own dedicated section.
They're back ... for a remaster but with previously unreleased outtakes, and this one is so nice (ft Jimmy Page), the chorus and the riff stick to my mind :
..and his infamous track "You can't stop me" which he mentioned Kobe's 81 point game against the Raptors. Love the Mortal Kombat reference on his video as well:
"Every basketball player doesn't have to learn the exact same move. Imagination and creativity separates you from others. Dare to be different!" - Rod Strickland
"I don't know if I practiced more than anybody, but I sure practiced enough. I still wonder if somebody - somewhere - was practicing more than me." - Larry Bird
Heh, that Ted song kinda reminds of a Sonic Adventure 2 song lol.
sticky-fingers, so do you listen to Todd Rundgren? He's worked with the Lemon Twigs, but I've also found Foxygen just straight up emulating him in some cases.
I also really enjoy the Foxygen song "Follow the Leader" which reminds me of Gregg Alexander of New Radicals - I'd say this song is a lot stronger than "How Can You Really":
About music, i always was in the 60's and 70's even while my friends "listened" techno music So definitely, i like Todd Rundgren. Big Star is also a big influence of TLT, and i really enjoy this band, despite they only recorded 3 albums.
And Foxygen are a little bit older than the Twigs, they influenced them and help them too.
2 great groups of current era, but im not sure they sell a lot of records.
I'm really enjoying the new Bring Me The Horizon EP. I never would have considered myself as a fan in the past, but as a fan of Linkin Park, it's hard not to like their new direction - I mean, it borrows pretty heavily from them.
On top of my usual eclectic/outdated musical tastes, I've become a big fan of having lofi hip-hop on in the background when I'm working on articles, playing games, or just chilling out.
There are quite a few (seemingly-related) channels that post those mixes, and I find them to be quite pleasant. They've also got some links to Spotify playlists in the descriptions, if they appeal to you and you'd like to take them on the go. Incidentally, "Time Away" by Slowheal is probably my favourite track.
