My driveway is a death trap when it's icy, whether you're in a car or trying to walk on it. Had to get to school, and my ride couldn't get up my driveway, so I had to walk down it. I slipped and fell like 3 times, aggravating the twisted ankle I sustained yesterday in practice, which I tried to play through. It got really bad and I could barely even walk to 3rd period. It hurts like crap but I can walk alright now. I just hope I didn't sprain it too bad, because I really don't want to miss any games.

Some guy took a picture of my Mom's license plate, my mom confronted him and he said that she was "parking" in the handicap place, when the buses were leaving (blocking our way to get out) Two minutes later, 3 other cars stop there, no taking picture of License plate. Fuck that moron.

You're aware that absolutely none of this makes any sense at all? From everything you described your mother went somewhere she was not supposed to go and got fucked over. Was she allowed to be there? Was she going there because she felt entitled to be there? Two minutes later other people did the same thing, so you were still there, so you were parked? Or was this actually temporary? How did other people get around six buses to make the same idiotic decision? So on and so forth. You've made two posts on this subject and all it says to me is that your mother is a fucking idiot, she dun goof'd and someone just as bad who even though they're sadly in the legal right gets off on ruling over other people took some pictures and you're pissed about it because you're the fucking god king of the earth and how dare anyone call the thing that spawned you on her fucking stupid decision making processes that involved her getting trapped by SIX BUSES.

You're also aware that if she gets a ticket because she broke the law, tough, right? That's kinda the punishment you're supposed to deal with, she fucked up someone called her on it. If she murdered fifty people and some asshole filmed it on his cellphone, that's her fucking problem, not his. (Which is why you don't leave any witnesses, LARRY.) If she didn't, or in many cases even if she did depending on what kind of totalitarian state (as in U.S. State) you live in, when the statist do-gooder calls the police and gives the license plate number and whines about the bitch who fucked up because she's as dumb as he is the police are going to say "yeah, we'll get right on it" and then do nothing the fuck ever because that's way more paperwork than they need to fill out when they have donuts to raid, minorities to harass for trying to outlive statist policies and homes with doors to break down in SWAT gear while setting little girls on fire and shooting dogs without warrants. Acts they all get commendations and raises (plus vacation!) for instead of stupid little tickets from nanny fucks and idiots who can't park where they're supposed to and where they don't have clear cut evidence to easily make that sweet, sweet revenue keep pouring in.

And why the hell did she confront him? He took a picture, get the fuck over it. If the police department is so desperate for revenue they take a case like this on, and the prosecutor actually wants to waste his time on it instead of convicting people who didn't convict crimes, you show up in court, say you got trapped by sheer dumb luck and that's that. You either pay or they say "alright, bad parking lot, never mind" and you stop parking in places you aren't supposed to.

Why doesn't it? She's out in public, in a public space, and under your situation violating the law publicly, with six buses and their corresponding people around, she has absolutely zero expectation of privacy. Privacy stops when OTHER PEOPLE CAN SEE YOU. Those disgusting Finnish people on that subway had none even if they didn't live in a frozen socialist hellhole, someone fucking up by parking doesn't either. Either that or one of the great achievements of modern society is a violation of human rights.

Nobody here has privacy rights. The idiot parent who was stupid enough to get herself trapped by buses and apparently threw a fit because someone dared call her on it, the idiot who wanted to save the day for our glorious state by taking license plate pictures, nor any idiot cop who showed up to do anything at all.

Fucking bullshit. I bought an iPod classic over ebay and now this shit won't sync with my iTunes. I already resetted, reformatted, restored it .. did fucking everything
First it connects then it immediately gets ejected and without being recognised by iTunes.

The worst part is that there are tons of posts out there with the same godamn problem from when the ipod was originally released, but no answer did it for me.

But when you're playing EA Sports games, anyone can nail a three (or five of them) to stop you from winning at the last minute. I've had Chris Andersen sink two treys in a row, and then Nene as well. I was up by 11 with 1:00 left and then lost by one because Steve Nash missed three straight layups.

Having also met some of them through the years, I would have to agree.

The comeback logic in some of the games, put in to make things challenging, can be downright nasty though. It's certainly not exclusive to EA games but there are some prominent examples in the NBA Live series, 06 and 10 being two of the first that come to mind.

2003 is horrible like that. Played four games today, I was up by at least 10 at some point in the second half, one of them, up by 25 against SAS, and I lost all four, playing just 5 minute quarters! San Antonio game was the worst, Richard Jefferson nailed 5 threes in the fourth quarter!!!
