The Milestone Thread

Other video games, TV shows, movies, general chit-chat...this is an all-purpose off-topic board where you can talk about anything that doesn't have its own dedicated section.

Yeah and some of the team members have been slacking in helping users, lately.

Helps when you're away for a few days and find yourself with a lot to say to the new posts when you get back. ;)

Then again, the Forums have been a bit more active as of late.

It is because of my amazing return after a 6 month hiatus which has bolstered activity.

Damn, I just realized that it was my 5th NLSC anniversary a couple of days ago. Can't believe I've been around these boards for 5+ years. That's one quarter of my life.

It's been a looong, loooong time but also a good one. I think I did quite a bit of maturing over the years and I think (or hope) my posts reflect that. I registered as a little kid and my posting style was quantity over quality (apologies to everyone who's been affected by my shitty posts back then  ). Now I barely post but try to make those few posts that I make as relevant and non-shitty as possible. At least I try, haha.

Anyways, thanks to everyone around here making this a fun place, thanks to everyone who contributes (patches and discussions) and thanks to all those who gave me a good laugh with hilarious posts etc.

Congrats dramacydal, great to have you around. I'm glad that you still enjoy coming here, we always have our ups and downs as posters come and go and depending on what's going on with NBA Live and the NBA but I'd like to think most of the people who post regularly are getting what they want a good amount of the time.

Your milestones don't count anymore.

It's like people that won too many Oscars, they just stop taking them to give the newer generation a chance. Or was that Arnold Schwarzeneggar in the Mr. Olympia contest?

Well you get the point.

I figure the next two milestones should be 36,928 and 38,387.

I'm active in most of the sections of the Forum so I tend to rack them up fairly quickly. I don't really notice it much these days except when another thousand goes by.

And what a special number 55 is.

On another note, I just got #2362. Pretty special. Once in a membership deal. (barring of course, post deletion)
