I hate bogans, piss me off. and what i even hate more is people who are dressed in formal winter wear (Jeans, jumper or shirt) and they're wearing thongs on their feet

the point is that I usually can't be fucked putting on socks/shoes and thongs are a quick/easy alternative. If I'm going out for longer than 30 minutes I'll put shoes on though.

Not too long ago, people fucking used to do that wear a sweater over your shirt type of thing and put the collars out and then they'd be wearing sunnies and thongs. Then everyone jumped the bandwagon and copied the style. I hate wearing something just coz its in fashion, i go for comfort bitch!

I understand that there's laziness involved, but i go to like parties and i see everyone in bare feet (because they cant run around in thongs) and i just shrug and think "dont aussies know the meaning of shoes?" when there dirty feet pop up subliminaly.

I really hate thongs.

In SA? I see that around alot, i dont see the point in it..the only reason i can think of is to cover hickeys but then again 10 year old school kids wouldn't be that far advanced. Shirts are actually being designed to have the collars turnt up now ... it's fucking lame, and then there's "the haircut". Which is taking off in SA... it's usually like long hair that puffs out, and is generally bleached blonde or something.

Oh yes the long hair trend, where everyone wants to be blonde. Its the surfy look that's so popular in SA that everyone wants. Long blonde hair, surf brand shirt/singlet, boardies, maybe throw in a necklace and a hat. Then your'e set for the majority Aussie look.I like the look, got no problem with it, just bandwagoners who wear it coz everyone else is.
