The storybook episode was pretty good. Every time they have 3 story segments / Star Wars, those are good eps.

"Haha!"

I thought it was pretty bland and uninspired for the most part. The first two acts were completely forgettable, though the Cinderella segment was an improvement with some genuinely funny moments. Then it ended on another mean-spirited Meg suicide joke, because that's a fresh gag for them.

It was probably a step up from the previous week, but that's not saying much.

I feel like I'm on a big, lonely island, all by myself, in the thought that I've never found anything about this show remotely funny. I understand different strokes for different folks, but even 10 years ago when I was in college and literally every single person I knew was batshit crazy about Family Guy, it never resonated with me. I'm a weirdo? Buehler??

As popular as the show is, I reckon there are still a lot of people who would agree with you.

I personally used to like it quite a lot, but I gotta say I haven't watched a single episode in the last couple of seasons, there's been way too many misses in the last few years. South Park's Cartoon Wars episodes might also have something to do with that...

Earlier episodes displayed a lot more wit in my opinion, a bit more cleverness in some of the jokes. Since it was uncancelled however, it's increasingly relied on attempts at mean-spirited and shock humour, as well as bashing celebrities and other shows. A lot of the time, there's no real joke; we're just supposed to laugh at how horrible the characters are being to one another or how the writers are insulting people and shows they don't like. It feels like they're phoning it in, or at the very least appealing to a misanthropic audience that I personally can't identify with.
