I respect your opinion and all, but what's your reasoning on this? Has
anybody impacted how we live today more than Bill Gates? And it's not like he's one of those outrageous spenders who has 500 Bentleys in his 1,000 car garage. Him and his wife have a charity foundation which has donated something along the lines of $7 Billion to various causes. I can understand why you wouldn't like a rich guy who is a pompous ass, such as Mark Cuban, but Gates?

Conan's grand.

Actually he just stole everything (and keeps doing it) from Apple. I think Steve Jobs is the man who impacted how we live today the most (even if he himself stole a bunch of ideas from Xerox.) There's a movie based on real facts called "The Pirates of Silicon Valley" that explains this better than I just did.
But I do not hate Gates for that, I don't care much if he steals from Apple and then says "he's been working on that project for years" and that his products are better than Apple's.
What I care about is that he cares about money A LOT. Have you ever wondered why there are lots and lots of viruses, spyware, adware, malware, crapware, etc. (Active viruses were over 100,000 in the sole 2006) that hit Microsoft's operating systems and only about 0,0001% or whatever (they've found one active virus for Mac OS X in 2006, yes, one) of them have hit Apple's operating systems over the past ten or so years?
I tell you why: because Microsoft has deals with Symantec, McAfee and other companies. Those companies pay Microsoft to make its operating system vulnerable to viruses so that people that use Windows buy anti-virus software. And the ones who pay for that are obviously us stupid ignorants that keep using Windows (me included, but not for so long.)
You know why Windows barely has software included with it (contrary to what happens when you buy Mac OS X, which basically has almost all the software you'll need.) Guess why? Third-party software developers would barely exist in that case.
Bill Gates...Microsoft...doesn't care about its customers anymore, they only care about money (Well, it's not only them that care about money but whatever.) And they keep making money from people who don't know shit about computers (in my opinion more than 50% of the people who use computers don't know shit about computers or computer marketing) and that don't know Microsoft's alternatives (Apple being the most important).
This is the reason why I hate Bill Gates, Microsoft and all its "market."
(Now you can flame me... Even though, that's my perspective and you will not change it by flaming me)
