So a while ago some of you may remember issues I had with a roommate when I was at UMass. Well yesterday at my 2nd to last day at FYE I was pretty sure he came into the store with a mohawk and 2 brand new tattoos on each side of his head, one a biohazard symbol and the other some hieroglyphics. I didn't help him but he was selling DVDs to the store and he gave his real first name "Se an" but a fake last name, more on that later.

So after telling Kathryn (my girlfriend) about it she searched his name on google to see if there has been any new developments with him. We first found out that he is no longer at UMass. This is interesting cause he was ROTC and therefore should be shipped over to Iraq by now. Anyway, she found this....

An arrest warrant has been issued for a 20-year-old UMass student following in incident at the North Residential Area off Eastman Lane reported to police Jan. 8 at 3:57 a.m.

Deputy Chief Patrick Archbald said Saen Bahretd of Eastman Lane allegedly returned to his room at 1 a.m. and became agitated when his roommate tried to prevent him from driving while intoxicated. Bahretd allegedly pushed his roommate against the refrigerator and walls in the room, tore jewelry off of him and then destroyed his cell phone and tore a telephone cord out from the wall, Archbald said.

Beth ard will face charges of domestic assault and battery, intimidating a witness, three counts of malicious destruction of property over $250 and two counts of malicious destruction of property under $250, police said.

The victim was evaluated by Amherst Fire Department personnel for head pain, but refused transport to the hospital.

...what is interesting is that he was intoxicated and he isnt over 21 yet, so Im curious why there isnt an underage drinking charge on there as well. We know he has a fake ID but whatever, not my battle anymore.

I read your original post... your girlfriend must feel really unprotected by you, and why were you guys stalking his blog in the first place? You should've manned-up and thrown him out or something, it isn't like he's killed anyone he just pushed the guy against a fridge and took some jewelry. I highly doubt that guy was 6'8 or whatever you are.

Delay of game.
Some people and kids were around since the hive was on a tree branch above the street, I have to do it when people are not around to avoid any incidents. Being the summer period here makes that difficult to wait for people to be not around walking the street.

The giant fire nuke may not be possible because of possible fire code violations since I have to do it in the street.

Outrunning is not an option now, the fuckers are fast and that's just one of them, imagine a whole hive.

My option now is still destroying that hive with a slingshot but I'll be shooting it from inside a car, when I hit it I'll close the window, hopefully not one will get inside the car.

Heh, the seriousness of this topic makes my conflict look pretty insignificant (because it is) and stupid. But here is my rant.

Back when I was 10 I joined this Tony Hawk's Pro Skater forum (THPS/UG/AW/P8/PG/WTF has always been my favorite game series). One thing led to another and a year later, I ended up on the Moderator team and had about a thousand posts. The following year, activity declined steeply, and I became Admin, being one of the few active members left.

My reign as Admin was a failure (I was 12, so I was basically a glorified moderator who could ban people, and add a forum store function) and after the forum got hacked once a week over the course of a few months, the place died, and people seldom posted there. All those memories, my large post count, down the drain.

The guy who bought the site shortly before its collapse hasn't done anything with the place. He switched to vBulletin, but never put much effort into advertising, or programming the forum. Also, the different Admin CP (I was used to IPB, which the old forum was on) pretty much gave me no power to do anything. After I started an invisionfree forum in hopes of bringing the main members of the forum back together, and advertised it in the old forum, he got mad for some reason (even though there was about 1 post every 2 months) and locked me out of my account; as well as editing my last 20 or so posts.

I finally got around to creating a new account on a different computer (only 1 account per email is their setup, so I finally got around to creating a new one) and sent him a message, asking him to give me back my account. That eventually led to a 20 minute MSN conversation before he told me to fuck off and blocked me... :X

Why I'm mad. I just want my account back so I can post there again. I miss that forum. Heh, sorry for that post. That's my second bad post in three days.

That sucks, sorry to hear about it. Maybe you can email the guy and see if you can reach an understanding about what happened and get your account back. Otherwise you could contact some of the other regulars and see how they feel about things, maybe they'd join you in reforming the community on a new board. That's not to say you should start some campaign against the original site but if you're not the only one who's dissatisfied, maybe you guys could get together and create an alternative.
