Well, either way, it's been proven without the shadow of a doubt that the Earth was never, at any point, completely flooded. We just know for a fact the parts of the world that have never ever been underwater, so the whole 40 days of flooding is another pathetic myth to begin with.

So you are serious about anything that's in the bible? Did you know that there have been different versions of the bible where pieces have been left out and editited to make jesus seem like a better person? The book of god, edited by humans.

You ask me how I can be sure? I can't be sure. The only thing I have that's giving me any security about why I can say that things like walking on water and coming back from the death seem too good to be true is common sense. That's also why religion is so appealing. it plays in on a person's fears and insecurities. If it wasn't good at what it did, there wouldn't be millions of followers. And the people who wrote the bible believed the earth was flat and that the sun revolved around the earth. so take it for what you will.
