ok so I found out from Jing that I'm at 1999 posts.... I remember getting to 1000 in I think it was 3 years...never been the one to spam....I never thought I'd get to 2. I guess it's because I became a mod, which alowed me to spam my way to 2000

wow I'm still kinda drunk (to put me to sleep uz I have work in 4 hrs) but anyways, the usual shoutouts:

haha yeah I wasn't that great back in the day. my 2001 jerseys were tolerable on low textures, faces weren't that great, but where I excelled was editing the Live 2001 courts and making other types of add-ons. I did a few Live 98 patches that were decent. But yeah I miss the old days of patching where people didn't patch just for the sake of patching and looking "cool", but to actually FIX things that weren't right in the game. Nowadays, people make like 50 Kobe face patches even though EA's is perfectly fine. Seems like it doesn't mean much now, because with Photoshop, anybody can be a patcher.

I'm a big fan of the patches released that are non-graphical. That is the the new-age patch excellence imo. It's pretty safe to say that these days graphical patches are less nessecary (why can't i spell that right. Ever.?), but there are a select few who can make the EAGE'S, rating updaters, and other programs that affect live.

though i haven't downloaded a patch for probably 2 or more years. But still, the thought is there.

Well, 1000 came pretty quick, but 2000 took a lot longer. I dont really patch or anything , so I dont have a long shoutout list, but I'd like to just thank everyone from General and NBA Talk for putting up with me, especially when I have my rude/condescending moments. Nobody has called me out on them, but I do have them... I think. lol

bring in the new year with 2000 posts.. hopefully it will be a good one.
