GOD DAMN. I missed out on the year 12's muck-up day by being lazy and staying at home instead. That's because I'm sick as well.

Apparently a different school came with eggs and left some unbroken ones!! I WOULDVE SOO THREW ONE AT OUR YEAR 12's.

I'm forcing myself to go to their graduation tomorow, it's great to sleep through. Oh well.

some asswipe put a video of me on his fucking myspace, and is currently sharing it with the entire fucking year group. i didn't even goive permission for the video to be shot (in fact, demanded it be deleted when i found out about it), much less posted on the internet. now my whole fucking year group has seen it.

How is it illegal? If he was selling the tape it would be illegal, but its not like you have to give permission for him to post a video he made just because you're in it.

It's dependent on whether he was filmed in a public place or not. If it was a public place then no consent is required. If it wasn't then it is still not likely to be illegal (unless it can be claimed to be an invasion of privacy) but you could argue that it was either defamatory, nuisance or a breach of your rights and liberties. To actually achieve any reasonable ends on these paths is time concuming and expensive. Would probably need an injunction through your state surpreme court, which would set you back a few grand in legal fees. Maybe some empty threats will be the most effective.

Now for the steam:
I got 12 hours to get myself ready for a fucking Geography test about Africa.Its not that bad,but our teacher always includes some stuff that she doesn't even mention at class.Its almost imposible to get an A on her test.Thank god I already got an A,so if I get a C on this test,it wouldn't really affect my grade.But since its the first test in this year,I really want to start off with a good grade.Also next week is going to be a bitch,first Monday test in Slovene,Tuesday test in Music ( stuff about Bethowen and Mozart or whatever) and finaly Wednesday a test in Maths.Wish me luck guys .
