I remember hitting a girl once. It felt good at first but as my senses came back I really regretted it even if she did deserve it for taking out her anger on me even though I wasnt the one who did something to her. I still regret it today, makes me feel like a woman-beater. At least I apologized and we are somehow friends today. She did get it goodg that day though, I think it humbled her a bit.

So I was talking to my supervisor on Saturday about the big "Geoffery's Birthday Party" we are having at Toys R Us. Apparently, we have to find an associate who will dress up as Geoffery the Giraffe because we are doing parades and stuff around the store with him and the kids. We already have one volunteer but they plan on doing some kind of a rotation system. He told me I will probably be doing it atleast twice that day. Woot! How great is that? I get to walk around and act goofy and get paid for it. I'm going to tell all my friends to come in and check me out!

Fucking iTunes 7. I updated from 6 and 7 is way, way slower. I was getting up to 20x importing CD's with 6 ... 1.5x is the best I've seen with 7. The entire thing is slow too. Anyone else having problems?

I had to wake up at 6:00am to get ready for school. I get home and 30 minutes after I get home I have to leave for work. I will get home at about 10:00pm and will be so tired that I will only have time to do a little bit of my homework. I will then go to bed and wake up only to do the exact same thing the next day. I am one of the few people who actually give a shit about school work in my woodwork class. I actually want to do well in school, especially since its FUCKING YEAR 12 AND ALL.

Everything so far has been going great... i made the best product in the class, had the best folio and had gotten 100% in all the SACs

Until now.
Doing the evalation - which makes up for 10% of the end of year mark (doesnt seem much but Im aiming for a top score in this subject) - I realise my teacher has fucked me over.

Ive never done woodwork before, so I didnt know what to do for much of the design process and I relied of my teacher to make sure I was doing the right stuff. I get to the fucking evaluation, and I realise how much I am fucked for it.

1. He didnt make us do a production log, so now I have no record of what I have done. The assessment criteria states:
"Provides a comprehensive review of the design and production activities"
That could be answered with a fucking production log so fucking simply, instead I have to write a fucking essay on what Ive done

2. My evaluation criteria (which he checked to make sure was ok) is fucked. I have 7 criteria, all on the product itself. I check the assessor report (which he gave to us AFTER the folio was handed in) and it fucking says:
"6-8 criteria that evaluation the product and 4-6 that evaluate the design and production"
as well as
"THE CRITERIA SHOULD BE WRITTEN IN A WAY THAT WILL ALLOW THE STUDENT TO GO INTO DEPTH IN THEIR RESPONSES"
how the FUCK can he check my fucking evaluation and not see this fucking problem?

my first fucking criteria is:
"Does the hall-table have at least one cupboard, and one drawer?"

makes me wonder if he even read the fucking thing

Basically unless I get 46/47-50 as my study score (out of 50) Its going to go down 7points when scaled, making it my fifth subject, which doesnt get included in my end of year mark

I played in some tournament thing yesterday for basketball. because the ages are a bit fucked up, My team consisted of like 6 15 year olds and 3 16 year olds (our only tall guy got injured) and we were playing against 17/18 year olds (you could tell because they had bulky arms).

Anyways yeah I was on a fastbreak and i saw this guy coming behind me so I went up for the lay-up and on my way down, the guy jumped on me and clobbered me and I got the foul. I got up and called the guy a fucken idiot and the ref heard me and gave me a technical foul so I just walked off the court.

LMAO, there was a story on Current Affair about some guy addicted to World of Warcraft. I found it hilarious.

The guy would speak in the microphone with an American accent and the interviewer was like "why do you speak in an American accent" and the dood was like "oh it's like moving to a new country" and i was like lol obsessed loser.

What's so great about magic spells and just clicking the mouse?

Hell Yeah!! I have a 31 year old brother, who was addicted to Everquest for like 3 years. Now its WOW. He's like "Oh my god a new patch came out, I'm going to skip work and not make money!! Wooh! My friends are playing with me!! A new expansion!!! Oops, I have to go buy another gamecard to keep playing." More money spent, less money made. I wish he would go to a fucking bar/club, the dork. Thats where he met his girlfriend, who is cool, and he neglects to call her because he's WOWing

The fucker still plays Quake 3......QUAKE 3!!!! He complains about how good he used to be...but then he stopped playing....and now he sucks...BOOHOO!!

This guy used to be a FPS fanatic - Quake, Duke Nukem, Half Life, Doom, etc. He upgraded his computer so he could play Half Life 2. Yet he isn't half way through it, doesn't even have it installed anymore. He will never finish it. He didn't finish F.E.A.R., He spent $50 on BF2 and played for a month, despite me buying it and trying to get him to play more.

He upgraded his computer again. From a P4 2.4, with 1 GB and a Geforce 6800 to an AMD X2 4400 with the 1 MB cache, 2 GB of ram, a 7800 GT-something, an SATA HDD, and he plays Quake on the lowest graphic settings. He was like, "Did you check out the video for Team Fortress 2?" Bet you he will never play it. I don't understand this shit. Why upgrade because your computer crashed and you couldn't get it to boot. Its called fresh install", not "I need to spend $2000 to play games on low detail settings"

The bitch complains that I am downloading when he has a ping of 100....100!!!!. Optimize your NIC for latency you dumbass.

Better yet, Get the fuck out of the house!!!

Yes, most likely. The thing about the american accent is its so diverse. So many dialects. I mean the sound of someone from Boston compared to California, the Midwest and the South is significantly different. Even the 'slang' and characteristics are changing depending on location. You don't get that as much here IMO.

Just a quick question though: is this perception of the Australian accent from TV etc., or from meeting/talking to real life normal Australians? Because if it's the former rather than the latter the Australian accent will be a hell of a lot funnier. I mean Steve Irwin (RIP) and Crocodile Dundee sound nothing like the everyday australian.

I hate everyone who fucking posts about Live 07 and how we should sue EA and burn the DVD blah blah blah, NO ONE FUCKING TOLD YOU TO BUY THE GAME. People are just now saying (hey shit, we dont need a new version, we can just update 06 and keep playing that.......) FUCKING DUH; NBA Live 2004 we could edit player models, stadiums, shoes, EVERYTHING. so why dont we just update that game and make it our own??

Dammit people, get a brain; for years you buy the new game hoping that there will be no bugs, or glitches, a perfect NBA Live. And year after year, some people are pleased with the new product....and others hate the new changes. KEEP IT TO YOURSELF....I dont need a savior (ooo this game sucks, do not buy lalalalala) Fuck off. Next Gen sucked, so I got a fair trade from EB for 2k7, did I need advice for that? um no. and 2k7 isnt perfect either. Best basketball game made yet? hell yes, but its far far FAR from perfect.

Im just going to flat out say it, besides the substitution bug (which is the ONLY bug I have) this is the BEST NBA Live game made IMHO. The animations are much more realistic and players barely skate. (anyway its a basketball game, there will never be a basketball game with perfect foot movement....its just not going to happen.)

PG Domination??? nope, not for me...know why? cause I play defense.....stay in front of the fuckin PG and there will be no dominance. he will pass it around to a star player and ta daaaaaa, realistic NBA basketball.. Dont like the way bench players look? Turn them off, ta daaa.

The only thing that bugs me about this game is the jerseys are 256x256, and we are seriously || that close to fixing that.

So what more is there to say? Dont like NBA Live 07? sell it, cant? then just keep it and wait for us patchers to fix it. Otherwise shut to fuck up and keep playing NBA Live 06 with the updated rosters. Im making sure all my patches are backwards compatible for the people who dont want to upgrade; so do me a favor and dont try and "save me" from Live 07.

I don't see why you're making such a big deal out of it. Nor do I see why you are this worked up about something as trivial as people complaining.

You're entitled to your opinion, they are entitled to theirs. You feel they are whining in abundance, someone not as kind to read your little rant could retort with you're sucking cock too much. Do I find it annoying that every other day there is a thread complaining about the game in ways we've already seen already with threads gone by? Sure. Do I open to read them and work myself up? No.

In your rant, you advise people to stop whining and complaining and just not buy the game or trade it and whatever, here's a piece of advice for you in that case, stop whining about the people that are whining.

Am I whining about you whining about the whining people? Not at all, if you feel you need to go post another 100 posts to get this off your chest, be my guest. Ignoring it is the better way to go in my opinion, you don't cause yourself stress and you let the people that are still ranting on, rant. It's a win win situation.

But anyways, what the fuck do I know about patience, go nuts, e-shoot them all with your uzi, rant rant rant and rant about them, whatever helps getting you peace of mind.

And it wasnt so much that people posting in the threads, but people contacting me thru AIM and email (i know i release these into the public, i brought it on myself) saying why are you supporting Live 07 with new patches, stay with 06. 07 sucks blah blah blah...just got to me
