hello i was wondering if anycould make a banner, if you could canould u inclue the following:

- (title) Mobster Nation
- (sub-title) The City Where Crims Nerver Sleeps
- have a city BG
- inclue a person or something that makes it sand out
- 650x105 if possible

.... i dont think you can be banned for that because there were a bunch of threads asking people to check out their forums and join their leagues and stuff.

Advertising of websites of this type of content isn't really frowned upon, more the sort where a user would have to pay for something or a product is being advertised.

I recall one dude doing some advertisements for car accesories, he was asked not to do it once or twice.

So no, he won't be banned.

you know it isnt too bad for a sig except for teh shadows and blur around the player's head... but for a banner. then thats a different story
