There's no difference. Some people were upset about creating an Entertainment Talk forum. It might be the reason why General Talk has been dead lately.

Now there's nothing wrong with making a thread for a specific movie (ala Dark Knight) this is just for the "group blog" for random comments what people last watched. (Or apparently, also, what they plan to watch.)
