How many times have you heard people who have nearly lost their lives and they always say "All I could think about was my family and friends" or some other people etc.

Which means people need some foundation which supports their strength of mind.

What if this person's friends or family all die, does that mean he/she has no purpose to live anymore? This means you build your strength of mind on an unstable foundation.

Because he wants us to remember him, he allow some things in our life just to remind us. For us to call for help. For us to know that without him we can't do nothing. He will never call a Saviour if there's no sinners to save, he will never call a healer if there's no sick people to heal.

I know a lot of people, they don't have much money, not wealthy but they are so happy serving the Lord. Some people do all bad things worldly things etc.. and they pretended that they are happy on what they are doing.

You see we have different beliefs and I understand that no need to force to people to believe in God, sometimes God will give him great trials to know that He is god. But what important is ask your self if you are happy and satisfied in your life.

I do roll my eyes at the hypocrisy of the nuttiest extremists - for all religions, mind you - as I feel they're following a corrupted version of their beliefs.

Interestingly, it seems to apply to Christianity and Islam more often than not. I don't think I've ever heard that kind of stuff with Buddhists or Taoists... then again, they don't exactly believe in an omnipotent narcissistic male-god with an impossibly strict reward-punishment system staged for their afterlife.
