Instant vector using the Five Point Palm Exploding Heart Technique:

1. Open, then duplicate your layer.
2. Go to Filter>Artistic>Cutout then on the sliders, max out the first one, and leave the last two sliders at minimum value.
3. Click OK.
4. On your Layers Pallete, lower the opacity of your filtered layer (Layer 1)
5. Save.

Voila! Well-detailed.

Wow, your brother taught you instant vector. Much like instant noodle - just add hot water. The outcome is pretty decent but a real, pen tooled vector is much more favourable. Who cares anyway? Anything with the word "instant" in front of it wasn't supposed to be as good as the actual thing anyway but it gets the job done.
