Anybody want to share some tips on how to beat hangovers?

I used to be able to pass out and not feel a thing the next day, but for some reason they've been getting worse and worse. Yesterday was a complete waste...I was hung over until around 3pm.

What I do is just as I feel the alcohol starting to wear off I eat shitloads of bread. Works for me. Drinking alot of water helps alot to, and you'll end up drinking alot of water anyway when you're eating the bread because it's so damn dry.

Maybe it soaks up the alcohol or something, but it's worked everytime I've tried it.

I got real drunk Saturday night and I still feel a bit sick. I wish I did the bread thing.

When you get a hangover, you need to get drunk again.

I'm kidding, just looked it up. One place said to eat and drink(water/juice) before you go to bed because alcohol is a diuretic, and you need to replace that stuff in your body. Don't take headache pills or analgesics. If you have a multivitamin, with Vitamin B, take it. Drink lots of water(or Gatorade because the Electrolytes hydrate your body quicke then water) because if you didn't notice it, you probably pissed a whole lot.

Pdub is right. To add to what Pdub said, since alcohol is a diuretic it makes you piss, when you piss you lose water, when you lose water in your body the alcohol concentration in your body shoots up.
That's why drinking lots of water helps Shannon.

whenever i drink before i sleep i make sure to down 2 bottles of water. usually works great for me

Drinking water sounds like it would definitely work, though it's not like I didn't think of it, haha. I was suffering from incredible cottonmouth at a party Friday night, and I was just far too disillusional to get up for water, mostly out of fear for falling and passing out. Someone drove me home and I crashed on my bed before I had the chance to get up for water...damn me, damn me to hell. I'm going to carry bottles of water with me at parties from now on. Beer in one hand, water in the other.
