Perhaps he was talking about root
beer.
he's talking about real booze....we start them young here

What and you dont think American kids dont get stoned if there below 18, 12 year olds carry uzi's here and tend to use them too.....and they also tend to be clocking before 18.
Lets be real here, to not have downed a poison these days before 18 is something you only expect from a kid thats in a happy meal family.
So Skip what do you plan on doing for your 17th, getting stoned and fucking
your girl or staying at home and listening to Street's Disciple.

no, I wasn't even referring to the US, I don't know why you would think that....I was merely saying that is commonly accepted in Australia (and New Zealand for that matter) for underage drinking....enough said....if I was running off broad generalisations, I'd say that Americans are soft when it comes to drinking, as that's the perception that many have of Americans and drinking....but I won't say that
Tue Nov 08, 2005 10:28 am
I'd say that, from my dad's perspective. We got Americans and Canadians drinking 4% alc. volume beer, and back in Europe, my dad was taking shots of 97% alc. volume spirits

They are. I never left, but then again I don't get to see him play much so what does it matter anyways.

Id have to agree with you on that, "we" well most of us easily get high on beer which I on a personal note find very hard to accomplish...besides the fact that beer starts tasting like shit after 3 cans are downed its simply too soft to get punch drunk on.
From my personal experiences I realise the Chinese and Japanese(not Koreans etc) seem to have the strongest level of alcohol tolerance and then come the South Asians like the Indians, Pakistani's and Sri Lankans followed by the African-Americans and Africans and at the bottom are the Eric Foreman's.
You get some of us that can down alotta strong shit no doubt but on average we are very low on tolerance levels. Posers.

from my experiences the Chinese and Japanese aren't always big drinkers....I find that half of them can go harder than anyone's mum, and the other half, well, are limp biscuits....
Wed Nov 09, 2005 11:38 pm
Man what a night... I was in the middle of the city and I couldn't be fucked waiting 40 minutes to catch a bus, so my reasoning was by the time I walked back to my place it'd probably take me about 30 minutes, so I would save 10 minutes waiting time.
I started walking and was doing fine, I walked for another 20 minutes or so and realised that I didn't recognise the place I was at whatsoever. I kept walking a bit and realised I was basically about 5 miles away from where I was supposed to be. At this point, these two guys who looked about 50 were loading up their car with booze so I asked them if they could tell me how to get back to my street. They were like " you want to walk there, from here?!? It cant be done" they spent about 10 minutes telling me it was impossible for someone to walk that far.
Anyways, one guy said "Why don't you catch a Taxi?" and I said "because I've got no money" (didn't tell him I spent it all at the petrol station on flavoured milk and Snickers

) so he reaches into his wallet and gives me a $20... I was reluctant to take it, but the guy was driving a Beamer and would've had 2 grand in his wallet at least. So I walked, and walked and walked and walked...
And walked and walked and walked until finally I got back to the road I was supposed to be on. Since it's impossible to get a taxi here, I stopped at a bottle shop and picked up a 6 pack of JD and Coke and walked back home quite happy with my achievements for the night.
On another note, I'm fucking exhausted.

Lol yeah, and Mikki gets to see the after effects of my alcoholic rewards.
Oh and Cyanide, since I asked him to come online and he did

I guess it must be the clique Im in, but I dunno about the chinese in New Zealand but as for my neighbourhood well they down that poison like there aint tomorrow.
You really shouldnt mess with the word mom, some women here can knock the stuffing out some of the guys when it comes to alcohol...I have a couzin that can drink three bottles of scotch and still stay sober.

Well I'll be fucked.
I just finished watching Se7en and God diggity damn do I hate the whole feeling I have right at this moment.
Fri Nov 11, 2005 12:43 pm
That's a good movie, one of my favorites. Out of curiousity, since it's related to a serial killer (relating to what you're studying), what about it is it that's making you "hate the feeling" you're going through now?
Fri Nov 11, 2005 2:05 pm
relating to what you're studying

Dude, I'm studying law.
The hate feeling I got is pretty much due to the fact John Doe was pretty much an awesome killer, but his reasoning was off. I disliked how he gave the "blame"/credit to God. If he had said ok, this world sucks monkey dick & that's why I did it, I'd have enjoyed the movie more. Then again, it'd make little sense to call the movie Se7en.
Another thing that had me pretty much filled with hate is that fact that Brad Pitt didn't die. I mean, he pretty much put John Doe down quite a bit, Doe was in fact the superiour one. He was mentally stronger than Pitt & got him to do exactly what he had planned all along.

Man, I fucking hate this shit. Arrgh.
I just watched Revolver and it is by far the mostest fucked up movie ever. The feeling I have now is sheer...wtf did I just watch? Wtf the just happened in that movie? Whatever the fuck that happened, why the fuck did it happen? My Lord that was horrible.
Guy Ritchie, after Snatch, I expected better.
Sat Nov 12, 2005 5:13 pm
Interesting movie, i might watch it......
2nd thoughts.... Narrh....
Sat Nov 12, 2005 10:47 pm
Revolver was horrendous. Snatch on the other hand, awesome.
Wed Nov 16, 2005 9:02 am
Argg.. I have to study for my Science Test, Cantonese test and Raptors game is on soon. Poo.

Another one to stay away from: Dirty Love with Jenny McArthy & Carmen Electra.
Although you do get to see McArthy's tits, the rest of the 1 + hour of footage was worthless. Electra was a complete let down as the straight up black girl from the hood. Such gorgeousness shouldn't be wasted on antics such as the ones used in Dirty Love.
The other blonde was just annoying, she looks like she had ass implants put into her lips.
McArthy's writing skills suck & John Asher's directing was awful. The scene of her menstruating in a drugstore is probably the nastiest movie scene, ever.
Even the scene where she is strip searched and ends up in her lingerie is spoiled very very badly with a ginourmous pad sticking out of her vagina. Awful, just awful.
It would've been the worst movie ever (replacing Revolver from that spot), but McArthy's boobs > Revolver's no nudity.
I'll be back with some other ones if interested.
