in my half year there, i started during august, and played ultimate there, and then i worked there until winter trimester of senior year. during the fall and winter i ran cross country for the high school,a nd that more than countered the stuff at mcdonalds. I swear like just being around all that fat, grease, and stuff makes you fatter. but like i said, do something like XC that causes lots of exercise and sweat, and you'd be alright.
