I think you found the sig somewhere and added the words with Paint.

The text does look likes it's been put on by paint :? but i hav no idea how to put effects on text

Okay, I believe you.

At least make the color fit in. Click on the text layer, go into Layer > Layer properties, stroke, 1 px white, and switch the text color to black.

There is an Image Editing Utility called GIMP. I'm not as good on it like I was when I had the Phtoshop CS Free Trial in 2004.

Anyways, Conrad I hope you don't mind me using your Live 06 Signature. :D
